Wild Mushroom Chow Fun
This dish is incredibly delicious and I keep coming back for it!!!! It's a great choice for vegetarians so we often order it. It's wide noodles with loads of delicious mushrooms in great sauce/flavor. It's legit a main course for vegetarians and feels very filling and 'meaty'. My friends and I love Kapow!
Mushroom & Carrot Dumplings
Kapow's decor feels like an immersive art gallery, but the real highlight is two jewel on menu. I often seek meals that deliver nutrition, originality, and flavor. Kapow exceeded expectations with two standout dishes. Even my friend, who usually enjoys different protein source choices, was so impressed that we returned three times to reorder the same items! One is the Mushroom & Carrot Dumplings, and the other one... just follows the V, which stands for Vegan.
Char Sui Pork Belly Bao Bun
You say Bao, I say Bun! Bao, Bun! I'm pretty positive I could've eaten a bakers dozen of these. Whenever I see bao buns on a menu, I have to try them. These did not disappoint. The soft pillowy bun was the perfect accompaniment to the sweet, salty, tangy pork. It hit all of those essential flavors. It's like a warm hug for your belly. My daughter was also obsessed with these and ended up ordering a few for herself. These will forever be a go to order when we stop at Kapow!

Delicious! Love that it comes as option in lettuce cups. Love Kapow!!!
Steak Fried Rice
The absolute BEST fried rice I've ever had. Steak was extremely tender and cooked perfectly. Ambiance is always amazing and the Lychee martinis here are my fave. 10/10 would recommend.

The Mushroom and Tofu Salad at Kapow in Boca Raton is hands down the best I've ever had. From the very first bite, I was captivated by the impeccable balance of textures and flavors. The mushrooms were earthy, tender, and perfectly seasoned, providing a satisfying chew, while the tofu was silky yet firm, absorbing the light, umami-rich dressing beautifully. Each ingredient was fresh and vibrant, the flavors working in perfect harmony, elevating what could have been a simple salad to an extraordinary dish. The portion size was generous yet refined---just enough to feel indulgent without being overwhelming. Every bite offered something new: a delightful crunch from fresh greens, the savory depth of the mushrooms, and the delicate, creamy tofu, all tied together with a zesty dressing that lingered on the palate in the best way possible. To make it even more indulgent, you have the option to add a gorgeous skirt steak, and trust me, it's worth every bite. The steak is juicy, perfectly grilled, and adds a robust, meaty contrast that takes this salad to another level entirely. It's a must-try, a true masterpiece of flavors and textures that you'll be thinking about long after the meal is over.
